Basically, what you read here means: No-one has a clue what it might be.
Have you checked whether you see any insects roaming around on the leaves?

I would choose in the area of bacterial, or perhaps fungal, infection

To me it looks like an infection, maybe a bacteria [...] a bacteria or a fungus (both can cause similar effects)

Re-potted more then year.
Fertilize when re-potted.
Place on sunny area.
No insects roaming around on the leaves.
There is an Algae in stamp just above the soil.

Checking the photos, I now see they are quite different. The first one doesn't seem to be yours.
Which one is of your bonsai? Why did you post that first photo (which I think is not your bonsai) ?

Algae? I don't think so... Moss more likely. ;)

I have loked at a brilliant book of mine and the symptoms match those of overwatering, and being in bad growing conditions. First of all, put the plant in a room or place with good air movement light and humidity. If symptoms pursist then who know, it may be an infection as everyone else said. Make sure you let the soil start to dry out a bit before each watering. Do not water "every two days".
