Anyone tried this as fertilizer? I came across article stating it increases growth and gives general benefits to plants. Thanks for feedback.

The only thing I could find with regards to plants is that it is like a "hand sanitizer". It cleans and disinfects aquatic plants to prep for tanks. It can control Moss and Liverwort . Used in Sterilizing the soil in glasshouses were the same plants are grown every year. Nothing about it being a fertilizer.

Yeah, I read that everywhere too and the common understanding is that is cleansing or preserving compound. However, few sources tell it oxidizes soil and this promotes growths and output. I believe its a big matter to dosage, if it is applicable to soil at all.
