Wolfgang Putz

Wolfgang Putz was born in September 1969 in Austria. His job is landscape gardener, and has various hobbies including cacti, petrified wood, hosta's etc., but his big hobby is Bonsai and accent plants.

Wolfgang PutzHis collection contains over 200 Bonsai and yamadori trees and about 500 accent plants. He has followed workshops from Pius Notter, Gerhard Vorderwülbecke, Serge Clemence, Angel Mota, Kazuichi Kokubo, Jürgen Zaar, Walter Pall, Jim Doyle, Francois Jeker and "Scuola D'Arte bonsai" school with Auer Othmar since 2002. To collect yamadori he goes to Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Bavaria, Finland and Mallorca. He is a member of Bonsai Club Tyrol, German Bonsai Club and Bonsai Club "AK bonsaifreunde Straubing".
