My husband got me a copy of John Naka's "Bonsai Techniques" for Christmas. I know there's a second John Naka book also. Is there a major difference between the two of them? Is the second one just an updated version of this first one? If there's a big reason to get the second one in addition to this one, I'll either get it myself or tell him I'd like it for my birthday next year, LOL!

They are separate books. SO book part 1 and book part 2.

Where did she get them? They are not regularly available for sale, afaik.

Hubby got it off Amazon, as a used item. I was just wondering if it was worthwhile to get both, or if book 2 just repeated info in book one.
