It is not a bonsai. It is not possible to tell what it is, but it is probably not a spruce.

I appreciate you are trying to help, but it seems you have only just started yourself. Can you please refrain from giving advice until you have more knowledge about the subject?

What can it be then? If you compare the last picture with the first one you can see that it has started to become some kind of tree, probably have to wait few more years until it shows, looks like some kind of pine to me.

Quick bump here, so far my tree looks like this, the warm and sunny weather now has made it grow a little bit more, during the winter it didn’t grow that much, the top of it has appeared one week ago. Just added some nutrients too. Anyone ever seen a similar tree? I planted the seed end of January 2018..

It is a conifer, but it could be any. This seedling will take several years before it is big enough to do anything to, and apart from potting on into larger pots as it grows and watering there is not much else you can do.

Have you had it indoors all this time???
Of course it didnt grow much in winter..
You say you fertilised with bonsai fertiliser.. this young sapling has nothing to do with bonsai, its just a young plant, so you can use any cheap fertiliser you want.
Apart from that: it's a two needle-pine so that rules out some pines already....
Tip: stop thinking about it as a bonsai, you only need horticultural knowledge now, it will help you grow a stronger , more vigorous tree, which will eventually in 10 -15 years become something you can start doing something bonsai-ish with.

Yes I had it by the window during winter.. thing is I planted this tree when I had a rough time and it was meant to be like a symbol growing as I did myself :). I have no rush with it it is a long term plan to have this for as long as I can. But I will definitely keep it on the glassed balcony all the time from now. I used a bonsai fertilizer. I have a feeling it will do great this summer

a glassed balcony-is that outside, as in receiving pure unfiltered sunlight?

To mee it looks like a japaneese Black pine seedling. But it can be others as well, to early to tell for sure. It is definettely not scots pine.
