I ordered a few different types of seeds, I'm most interested in the Jacaranda Mimosifolia and the Delonix Regia.
Welcome to the site.
Both Jacarandá and Flamboyant (Delonix Regia) are tropicals.
Which means they like warmth, sun, high humidity and warm breezes.
Can they be grown inside? I doubt it.
I have many seedlings of both, and the ones outside are doing great, while the ones inside are struggling; and this here is Brazil, not Canada.
On the other hand, there are other members of this forum that are also trying to grow them in a non-tropical place, perhaps they can help more than I do now.
I live in a very cold area of Canada.
If I were you, I would try Japanese White Pine, maples, spruces..
Just as a reminder, the official trees of Canada are:
Official Provincial Trees
British Columbia: Western Red Cedar
Alberta: Lodgepole Pine
Saskatchewan: White Birch
Manitoba: White Spruce
Ontario: Eastern White Pine
Quebec: Yellow Birch
New brunswick: Balsam Fir
Nova Scotia: Red Spruce
Prince Edward Island: Red Oak
Newfoundland & Labrador: Black Spruce
Yukon: Subalpine Fir
Northwest Territories: Tamarack
God luck!
