Brand new to the idea. I live in central Florida, what trees would be best for me? Am I better with an indoor or outdoor tree (or two or three)? Thanks in advance for all/any advice

Central Florida means zone 9b.
Any temperate, semi-tropical and most tropical trees can be outside full time.
Some temperate, like Japanese white pine need a cold season to go dormant, and 9b is not cold enough for them.
