England. Our Summers are often far from glorious.

July 2018, Scotland was frigid, Northumbria was great, Windsor and the south was hot, even by our standards. England is a big place.

We have just had the driest April on record and also driest May ever, Box have been grown in Britain for centuries as hedges. I have a 200 year old one came out from a hedge.

Well if there is one place I won't take off the travel list, it is England. Looking forward to the next chance to go.

Could anyone indentify this tree? Not sure if it's actually classed as a bonsai so apologies if its not. Just hoping soneone out there will know what it is. My partner has been trying to indentify it for years now with no success.

Thanks in advance
