No, because there is not a " step by step" method, it depends on too many things ..
The general guideline is: horticulture first ( keep your plant healthy), grow it, cut back at the right time, repot at the right time, wire and unwire at the right time, repeat everything for the rest of the lifetime of the plant.

Step 2: go to the Inspiration and look at the trees in Gallery
Step 3: decide how techniques in Step 1 produced trees in Step 2
Step 4: decide how your tree should look
Step 4: Do it.

This will take a while.
