i got this tree today it was said to me that its some kind of bonsai tree! ( i don't think so…)
but i wanted to ask what you think it is and can someone tell me what this kind of tree called?

Well it is a small tree, but bonsai? Not so sure. As for species looks a bit like Box, but I can't tell from the pictures.

It is definitely a box but you could try and shape it into some kind of formal style.

Or you could use it as a hedge outside.
