Well, I'd say that it is a Serissa Foetida, I'm not 100% sure though, just Google it And compare the images for yourself. Oh, one more thing.... Get rid of those stones, they don't belong there

hello, i think it is some kind of crassula, if you look closely. i could be wrong but this is the best observation i can give.
