Dying tree, don't know what's the problem, help was created by Kutarica

So I have this tree for a year and 2 months now, and in the last 2 weeks or so leaves started falling, they get dark green, then yellow and burn a bit at the tip, then they fall.
Don't really know what the problem is, I repotted it 2 days ago and it's still getting worse. Roots were fine, soil was clean.

I need any kind of help or advice.
Thank you.

some kind of root problem. Most likely.. Salt accumulation in the soil.
When you say "repotted", what do you mean?

First of all thanks for the fast reply :D

By repotting, I mean I took it out of the pot, cleaned the roots of dirt, cut the tips of a few, then placed back in the pot with new soil.
