Also, this time of the year (unless you are living in the southern hemisphere) you should probably use a low nitrogen fertilizer because you will need to strengthen your tree in order to prepare it for the incoming winter. Right now, I´m using a 0,46 : 17 : 12 (N:P:K values) fertilizer with an 18% of organic matter incorporated to the mix too.
You´ll see, any fertilizer will come with 3 basic elements N:P:K (Nitrogen:Phosphorous:Potassium), but in different proportions. The purpose of Nitrogen is to promote leaves and stems growth, the use of Phosphorous will be to encourage a healthy root growth and Potassium is meant to favor the blossoming of fruits and flowers.
