Hello guys,
I have one of those "starter bonsai" sets underway.
The seeds are sown in little bio-degradable pots of peat and placed in plastic bags for stratification.
All the species in the set need cold stratification.
Some are almost close to completing their stratification period and I wondered what would work best to have a higher chance of germination.
Do they go straight outside in the bags or open the bags or remove them completely from the bags?
Also where should they be positioned? full sun, semi shade?
Any advise appreciated.
My location is in mid spring at the moment. Temps are between 6C and 16C.
( p.s. I know I'm starting from the very beginning and they will take decades, but guessed it would be nice to see something from the very start)
