Hello all,
Forgive me if I am violating any of this boards forum etiquette. I do not know what species my tree is and want to care for it as best as possible. I also want to know if the tree looks to be in good health. Thank you!

Yours is a very young plant, and it seems in good health at this moment.
The pebbles and the dry moss and the dead fallen leaves are dangerous for your soil, they do nothing good to the plant.
If it was mine, I would take out the stuff from the soil.
