To my (small) experience, this is not season for spider mite and usually you can't see their eggs without at least a magnifier.... Probably they are aphids...

Please read the active principle in the insecticide you used....

Water them well and get the plant an ample amount of sunlight.

I share your frustration. Sometimes certain bonsai get infested by insects that seem to be immortal and I end up just spraying the plant thoroughly and often with a mixture of water and washing liquid product for wool. It is my assumption that keeping up with the insects and their cycle of egg-laying is impossible (for some) so frequent and intensive spraying with a weak solution keeps my bonsai alive.
