I saw this at the annual open house event at Lodder bonsai and I wanted to have one. Or actually I purchased two.
It's an Ulmus Parvifolia "Hokkaido". I've looked it up, and found it's called the "Lazy man's bonsai", and that it is "Too small for common size bonsai".

The seller told me this is the smallest decidous tree in the world. Look at how tiny these leaves are...
It's going to need growth and a fatter trunk, so I'm not going to do much with it. I may put them in the ground.

Growth is 30 cm. in 10 years... I put this in "Progressions" but I guess progression is going to take a while :D

I think so. Maybe it's even too small for shohin.
