Not really. It doesn't look like any of the species I know that are suitable for bonsai.

I would go to a houseplant forum. This forum is about bonsai. The pant you areshowing is neither a bonsai, nor suitable for bonsai.

Yes. If you want to do bonsai, start with a species that has potential. In the long run it will be much more rewarding.

Agreeing with LB you should give up on this as a bonsai - but not as a plant.
