In case you haven't seen it, Graham Potter was filmed recently doing a demo. There isn't much styling footage, but the first 40 minutes is very informative on growing healthy trees. I found it fascinating. It seems Graham isn't much up for making videos these day, but glad he shared this one on his blog.

Looks like MikBonsai was able to get some video of Graham Potter doing a recent demo, with excellent information & philosophy. The three videos are about 1/2 hour each, and the demo is a first styling to create primary branch structure. The question of when to start wiring & creating primary branches always comes up. Hope this helps.
A few issues with sound & video quality, but I popped in earbuds & listened like a podcast. The first one is all talk anyway.
