I did a search and didn't see a thread for this, so thought I'd start one.
Which books do you all like regarding teaching bonsai techniques? Coffee table books are fine to share as well, but I'd love to get a couple of books to help as a resource when I'm wiring, pruning, repotting, growing from planting, etc etc etc. Curious if you have any suggestions!
There are many good books. The two by John Naka although quite old are excellent. that is if you can find them at a reasonable price. But yes Peter Adams' books are also excellent and easily found at at reasonable prices, try Abe Books.
Better than books might be web resources. YouTube has tutorials, the Empire here has pages and tutorials. If you are electronically minded they might be your answer.

Well, since you have brought up this matter, here it goes: THERE WAS A BOOKS THREAD !
I had a thread about bonsai books very well illustrated, with many reviews and suggestions here on this forum.
A long and useful thread.
Unfortunately that thread disappeared from the forum.
If you search for it, nothing.
If you search for the many books titles on it, nothing.
It is a mystery, but very annoying.
AHA! I think I have found the culprit.
The Category "EVOLVE" where this thread were located is gone!
@Oscar is it so? I can't find the Category Evolve, so have we lost all threads from there?
Can you fish them out of the limbo?
