Ahhh. White colour.

This is called Chlorosis. Very common among the inexperienced Bonsaiers.

How long have you been mistreating your plant?

I concur with Leatherback, I can't see what it is you are saying. It is also winter and most trees do not look their best at this time of year.

I can't see anything wrong with the color of your juniper, but...
It seems the wiring is loose.

Do you water your plant with tap water?
It looks and sounds like it is just a bit of limescale that has accumulated over the season. Very normal if you water over the plant.

Yes I do use tap water I live in Canada BC we have some of the best tap water or so I have been told. Will this hurt that plant should I change water source?
