Hello, I planted a Chinese Blue Wisteria probably around 10 days ago and it has sprouted and is now starting to grow. Is there anything that I need to do to shape it or do I just let the seed develop leaves? I just took the attached image right before posting this.

Just let it grow.

Na, just plant it and care for it.
In 8-12 years you can expect the first flowers.

Wisteria loves water, so gives it lots to drink. Just ensure you do NOT keep it soaked over winter as they prefer to be on the dry side then.
To get it to grow large, plant it out in the garden.

Let it grow! It’ll take tine but you’ll soon be able to envision the beautiful bonsai it will become! With the proper care of course!

I put it into the pot the kit came with. I plan to move it into a bigger pot eventually.

For now a bigger pot is not needed, but keeping a damp soil is key. Then once you see it sprout and begin to develop you may want to put it in a training pot. Good luck!

Do you want to grow a bonsai or do you not want it to gow big? If you want to grow a bonsai: do not touch it and let it grow.

Depending on your goal at least a couple of years before you can start pruning. You need to grow a decent trunk first.
Contrary to what many people seem to think, bonsai are NOT created by keeping seedlings small.
