I have this Ficus and all other leaves are looking healthy except this one. It does not shine like other leaves and it has this small black spot. Is everything okay?

Your tree is very unhealthy. Could be roots, could be watering. Could be dry air. Could be lack of fertilizer. But not only that leaf is unhealthy.

Here are some more photos.
When I acquired this tree, it already had leaves like this. I think the air is really dry around it, so I am trying to fix this with misting. I am using Biogold fertilizer right now.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Thank you

As said, your tree is very unhappy. I suspect you have thrips, but cannot tell of sure.

How do you care for it? What sort of substrrate do you use? Does it get enough light? Unless you are in the southern hemisphere, by now your tree should have started a growing spurt with spring arriving and days getting longer and longer.

I would suggest providing good ammount of direct sun light to this little tree. Not sure what you have on top of the soil but remove it from there. Water only when soil gets dry on the top and never dunk the pot into water. I cant see if there is desease on the leaves but may be they are fine. Are you misting the leaves often?

I have a Ficus like yours, but older.
The leaves in yours are not looking very healthy, and I see the soil is not the best for your tree. It should be full of new growth by now as leatherback pointed, but it is not.
I usually mist and clean the leaves (with a damp cloth), and let the Ficus get plenty of sunlight. They like humidity and light.

Thank you very much for all the answers. It is nice to get a good overview of how the Ficus should be. In my community an overview like this would be nearly impossible to get.

The tree is potted in standard bonsai soil by COMPO. Below is one layer of akadama.

On the soil there are around 12 pieces of Biogold fertilizer.

The tree gets full sunlight around half of the day. I will try to put it outside in this warmer days, so it gets more light.

I am misting the tree once a day, maybe even less. And I may have also overwatered it considering the tips above.

Thank you again!

Do you mean this COMPO soil?

Fine, but maybe you are overwatering the Ficus. Soil looks pretty wet in your pictures. Or maybe the pictures are not so good?
