As some of you already know, I have this Kumquat (fortunella japonica 'marumi')
AKA - Dwarf Kinzu Hong Kong Orange and now, mid fall, it is full of fruits.
Below in order:
Last spring, today and the oranges.

In the Spring.


Today, bushy and full of fruits.

UPDATE

This is harvest time, so I decided to record it for the future.
As you all can see, I broke the tip of the first left branch when wiring.. C'est la vie.
Harvested all fruits (they were ripe, yes) so the plant can rest during the winter.
Pictures below.

No, not at all.
I've been "doing" bonsai for three years and this tree is at least 10 years old.
In fact I got it as a present from one of my clients, and it was already in a good shape, and healthy.
I am just keeping it alive and refining the informal style, when I am not breaking branches wiring it too aggressively (its wood is brittle.)
