I ordered a few different types of seeds, Jacaranda Mimosifolia; Pinus Aristata; Delonix Regia & Picea Mariana. I'm most interested in the Jacaranda Mimosifolia and the Delonix Regia.

I live in a very cold area of Canada where it snows for 6 months of the year so my plan it to keep it indoors, near a window but not so near it gets too cold and hope for the best. Of the four species I have, which do you think would survive best in an indoor environment, between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius?

Also, because my seasons are so short it will likely be full blown fall in 2-3 weeks, Does that effect when you plant an indoor tree? Trying to do my research but there's so much out there I'm hoping you all can help me.

Welcome to the site.
Both Jacarandá and Flamboyant (Delonix Regia) are tropicals.
Which means they like warmth, sun, high humidity and warm breezes.
Can they be grown inside? I doubt it.
I have many seedlings of both, and the ones outside are doing great, while the ones inside are struggling; and this here is Brazil, not Canada.
On the other hand, there are other members of this forum that are also trying to grow them in a non-tropical place, perhaps they can help more than I do now.

If I were you, I would try Japanese White Pine, maples, spruces..

I couldn’t help to choose, but maybe you pardon me for giving some thoughts below..

You have really cool conifers in your area. If I’m in your place, I aim local trees, which are hardy for outdoor keeping in this climate, even in small pots. Good point to raising some trees from seeds or cuttings, but they won’t became bonsai just maybe in 10-30 years.

You need to have adequate light indoors also for your seedlings. Indoor keeping is not just protecting your plants from the elements, but give them everything what they need to thrive.

I don’t want to be the bad cop, but... Try to run a search on the forum about indoor keeping. I believe every tree can kept indoors, but for a pine/spruce, you’ll need a heckload of money to even keep it alive.

So, what would you think of me growing a black Spruce, outside. Would it work well? When should I plant it.

I’m not in the position to answering your questions, cause I’m a rookie who know almost nothing. Maybe someone will be gentle, and types the answers (again), if you cannot find in the search.

Yes, it should go well.
Sow it in the Spring, and let it grow for the whole season (which is short in your region).
In the Winter, protect it in a unheated garage, or cold frame.
