2 quick questions...

1) Should I be cutting the branches and keeping everything pretty compact? Or is it best to just let it continue to grow bigger and bigger?

2) I have about 12 other young bonsai that are all around about 2 months old. Some other Delonix Regia are about 6-8 inches, a few Black Poui around 8-10 inches, and then I have 5 Pinus Aristata that are only 1 or 2 inches (I’m assuming they just grow slower than the others). Most of them are growing in larger sized planters that contain 3 or 4 trees each. I know that there can sometimes be issues with trees that are sharing space with other trees in the same planter. When should I think about repotting them in their own dedicated planter?

Depending on plans, put it in the ground, or at least a much bigger pot and let it grow.

The more leaves and branches the thicker the trunk will grow. After a couple of years decide how tall it should be and cut accordingly.

Congrats, it looks pretty healthy!
Leave it alone, it needs all growth it can get until next Spring.

No, you don't.
You've got some tree seedlings or saplings.
They will be bonsai in years to come.

Seedlings, saplings, bonsai, aliens, whatever you wanna call them.

My question is whether or not I should be clipping any branches or leaves. Generally speaking, should I just let all of my plants grow as large as possible right now and then worry about clipping branches after a year or so?

Generally speaking you should be a little more polite.
And as I have already told you in my first response, leave them alone until they grow.

But calling them aliens would be silly, right? So is calling them bonsai.

Just let them grow.
