I bought a Serissa a few weeks ago, and in that time moss has covered almost all of the trunk and branches. I am new to bonsai, but this doesn't seem right. Can anyone tell me what I have going on? Thanks.

moss is a sign of moisture the tree is not drying out quick enought to stop the moss from growing it wont hurt the tree but if you really want to you can clean it with a soft tooth brush and warm water and place it in a sunny spot and rotate it around every hour or so , that way the whole tree will dry out hope this helps
