Hello!
I received a Fulkien Trea in regular potting soil from the shop.
I was wondering if a mix of 60% Akadama 40% Pumice would be good for it.
I can provide pictures if needed.
Thanks!

Dont repot recently purshased trees. Just try to get the tree survive a year before. For fukiens it will prove hard no matter soil.

I agree, fukiens are one of the toughest to grow.Tropfrog wrote: Dont repot recently purshased trees. Just try to get the tree survive a year before. For fukiens it will prove hard no matter soil.

Thanks for the reply.
I wanted to repot it to check the roots and move it to a bonsai soil but I will refrain from doing so.
Thanks!
