Are you in the Northern Hemisphere?
If the answer is yes, then no, this is a bad time to repot.
Are you in the Southern Hemisphere?
If the answer is yes, then...
No.
Some species can be repotted by the end of Autumn, but not Azalaes nor Cryptomerias.
