The best time to plant the seeds ?

I bought seeds for Chinese juniper, Japanese sakura and Japanese white pine. I read that as a rule, they should be planted in the fall, but I'm very confused with this whether they should be placed in the refrigerator or not. The biggest question to me is when? And does it depend on the species.
Best regards, thanks in advance!

Never heard of sakura. You can put the seeds into a fridge for a couple of weeks then sow. You know of course that it will be a very long time before you can start training them if they germinate?

Then you know nothing about Japanese culture...
Sakura is Cherry tree (several species - Prunus serrulata, Prunus speciosa, Prunus ×yedoensis).
