I have only had one experience with this company, but it was excellent. The purchase, in the dead of winter, was a Chinese Elm (Ulmus Parvifolia) and ordered via phone. As the temp was sub-zero at the time, it was agreed that we would wait a few days until it warmed up some. The tree, exactly as photographed on their site, arrived well packed, insulated, second day delivery and I had been notified that it was shipping. The transaction was great, the tree is great and I will return again if the desired tree is available there.

I'll try to get a couple today. Still too cold outside, they will have to be indoor shots for now.

Chinese Elm from DaSu Bonsai Studios in Central Iowa

Ground level to apex = 9 inches as of 3-29-2015.

Tree still has several buds that have not leafed out. It has not been pruned yet, waiting for warmer weather.
