I have been experimenting and studying up on Jin/Shari and I had a question about the use of lime sulfur. I can only find it online like on Amazon or Etsy and not in a garden store. My question is this: Is it absolutely necessary to apply lime sulfur after performing Jin/Shari on a bonsai? Are there any alternatives to lime sulfur?

Any advice helps! I was hoping to do some Jin on this juniper I styled a few days ago.

Absolutelly no need for lime sulphur in this stage.
