I have 2 very young baobabs (babies) that i grew from seeds. They are now 3 years old, am very proud of them, 25 cm tall and promising. I would like to move them into a proper home/pot (until now, they have been living in nursery pots, pretty deep and narrow and with a mix of regular soil plus perlite). Would it be the right time to move them? And if so, what would it be a proper container for them? I am very new to the bonsai art but hoping to learn...and hoping to keep my baobabs happy. Any other tips would be very helpful....

3 years sounds way to early to transplant into bonsai pot. I would suggest potting into a bigger pot to grow out the tree properly for half a decade or so.
