Hi, new to this (obviously) I have a Bonsai with what I think is either Amblystegium serpens or Hypnum cupressiforme moss at the bottom. As I said - new to this. It started going all brown so I have been moving the tree around. I originally had it inside by a window with fair sunlight & fair temp, then by a window with lots of sunlight and warm, then outside where it gets the morning sun till about midday and shade the rest. The tree itself is fine (acacia), but the moss seems to be dying? I'm in South Africa where we are in Autumn approaching winter. It seems from what I've read this moss should stay green all year round. I've done some reading and I've read moss should be in sun then I've also read it must be in the shade. So a little confused. Also, could it be too much water? Thanks in advance for any advice.
