Ok. So this website and many others mention the importance of seasons and bonsai care. For instance, it says to only fertilize during growing season. Does growing season still apply to my indoor bonsais? Like it mentions different fertilizers for different seasons, but do those apply. If not, what should my NPK be for my fertilizer? Same with pruning, defoliating and wiring. Do seasons apply?

Not really, but plants may go through a sort of dormancy. It will depend on the type of trees you have, so if you can tell us that, we may be able to give a better answer (and please don't tell it's a Ficus Ginseng).

I do not care about seasons when it comes to composition of fertiliser.
As for wiring and stuff.. You can do that whenever you want, just in some seasons it is quicker to grow in.

Plants that are indoors.. As Auk sais, they have growing periods and resting periods.

It's a tiger bark ficus, or golden gate ficus

Just use a general purpose fertlizer for indoor plants. Follow the instructions.
