Hi All,

With the old coming to the end, and the new year n our doorstep, I thought we could use the international background.

First of alll.. Happy new year for all of you in a few hours! May the next year be a happy, healthy and growthrich one.

Secondly.. What is your tradtion for new year? In the Netherlands we like to make a type of donuts, called Oil Balls, or in Dutch Oliebollen. You make your basic yeast-based donut dough, yet mix some raisins & apple in there. That you fry. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and off you go. Enjoy your snacks.
