So far it seems to be working nicely, right? I do have some server issues (the site is heavy to load), which meant I had to transfer to a private server...

Anyway. My question for all of you; can I improve anything on the community part of this site?

I think if its possible, for when people add photos or do anything then the whole community should be notified.

i'll be honest. altho i agree with joncoh, that there should be an easier way for us to know whats happening, i think you should not have an automatic Notification system.
That usually leads to a lot of spam, and people might lose interest because of that.

what you could do is to add a sidebar to the main page with "recent activity" (Recent posts on the forum, uploaded pictures, new galleries, new articles). i see this in a lot of sites and people could just know whats going on from there.
