Prune your rosemary. Cut the long shoots and keep the clippings.

Get the following ingredients:
- 6 to 8 small red potatoes, quartered into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper

Minced the freshly cut rosemary leaves

Mix all ingredients - except the rosemary.
Bake untill the potatoes are almost done, then add the rosemary and bake for a few minutes.

I don't have a lemon tree. We had pork tenderloin with honey and mustard.
Could have been honey and thyme...

NIce. Working on a thyme myself. but mine is only a good year old.. Still some time to go to get the trunk up to speed.
