Was scanning Google when I saw this site listed. I'm in a couple of other forums and live in central Florida along the coastline (Cedar Key). I have a problem with a white powdery substance at the base of an eleven year old Black Pine. Couldn't get a response on this subject on the other forums and when I saw this issue addressed here it answered my question. Good Forum Site.
