3-months bonsai school in Shizouka - when to go? was created by Este

Hello There!
I am planing to take a 3-months bonsai course at the International bonsai school in Shizouka, Japan, during 2019.
However I don't have enough experince in order to figure out what would be the best time of the year to take such a course. I mean, which would be the season when I could learn the most about bonsai.
I am greatfull to anyone who could provide some input!
Many thanks in advance for your help and time!

Ask them.
We cannot really tell what their rythm is. And "learn as much as possible about bonsai".. Depends a little on where you start with your knowledge. If you know nothing.. You probably should start with the concept of bonsai, and ideal characteristics. Which you can do without going to Japan.

personally, I would go to Japan only for advanced courses. The basics you can learn at any local club too.
