I am the owner of a rather magnificent 145 year old Fukien Tea which seems to be delighted with the humid climate here in Florida (USA). The problem is that I will be relocating soon to Tucson, AZ which is hot, which should not be a problem, and also very dry. My thought is to keep it outside in partial shade with a mister on a timer. It does get cold in winter but I keep it on a wheeled cart (it's rather big and quite heavy) and can bring it indoors in winter, keeping it close to a window. I would love to hear from anyone who has had experience with the Carmona in a similar climate.

Carefull, they are very sensitive. The ideal temperature for the Carmona is between 14º and 25ºCelsius. Avoid that hot and dry weather, specially direct sun. Vaporize the foliage in summer, on warmer days it is recommended to vaporize several times a day. Better to protect it inside the house, that's what I'd do. I think you know all this
But wait for more and better suggestions
