Bonsai Herest - 56 myths exposed using science and tradition, by Michael Hagedorn.

Pretty good book, some of what he says repeats what we see on the Empire, but it is all backed up with experience in Japan.

I don’t know of it is translated into any other languages, but it is just out in 2020 and probably not.

Highly recommended.

Yes, it is a good book. I have read most of it, there was a video on Youtube of the American Bonsai Association Sacramento in which Michael talked about the book and the myths, it is well worth watching.
