Hi everyone,

I'm a noob when it comes to bonsai. I have recently bought a drawf azalea. And I have made the dumbest mistake on putting it in the full sun. (Ive misread the label. All the leaves and brunch are quite dry and some just look dead. I'm wondering if there is any way I can revive it? Could I just clip all the branch off and hopefully it will come back to life?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

A dry azalea = A dead azalea.
Slim chances it will survive.

I have my azaleas i full sun, so I am a little doubtfull whether this is the only reason. Has it been very dry recently? A lot of dry winds? I would just put it in a sheltered spot and wait. Is it heading into winter? Then leave it, wait for spring to come. With the warming of temperatures you will see whether there is life left.

It happened to my dwarf azalea also.
Wrong watering killed it, not the full sun.
I had read somewhere "acidic soil, let it dry completely before watering", but...
I guess I have waited too long somehow.
