Hello there, I was about to repot this tree due to compact soil, but as it doesn't look very healthy I'm afraid to do so.
Can anybody help me identify what is wrong with this one, and if it's safe to repot it? Thanks in advance!

looks a bit like mulberry. But also Linden.. Hard to tell.

Where are you located? Unless you are on te southern hemisphere, this treee should probably not have leaves.

Yes, I live in Brazil and I'm not quite sure of the tree's name in english, as far as I've researched it could be mulberry or blackberry. Now it has been a month since it wnded it's fruitification. I'm worried about it's health and the black spots on it's leaves.

Hey, welcome to the forum!
I am Brazilian also, and I've been growing Amoreiras (Black Mulberry) from seed with great success.
Mine are like yours, but no black spots.
Did you repot it recently? Use a general insecticide like Jimmy just to be sure.
But... By the looks of your leaves, these black spots look like some sort of sediment left by the watering, no?
