It kinda looks like a Japanese cryptomeria by the leaves but not sure your picture is kinda blurry. You might look it up and see if that’s it.

The bark isn't the same, it seems to have the same spikes as the leaves. From what I've seen the japanese cryptomeria has the same bark as mine.
