I am not sure what kind of tree I have been growing but I think maybe poison Oak . Is there any plant similar to poison oak ?

I cannot resist..
Did you touched yet? Toxicodendrons both, but the ivy has more sharp, pointy edges, so possible you were right.
Not too runny-viney for a bonsai?
