Welcome to the forum.
You shouldn't be worried about wiring this young plant right now.
Keep it alive and healthy, let it grow, let the trunk thicken in a colander, and wire it later.

Thank you Clicio for your advice.
Generally I have seen much younger plants in wiring. I was under the impression that I should wire it at this stage since the branches are more pliable. May be later on, theybare too hard to be wired for a desired shape.

Pardon if my question sounds too dumb.

Yes, you can wire it now, but I don't see the point in doing it.
Is it going to be a double trunk? Which is the first branch? Which branches are you going to hard prune? What is the intended style of the tree? When are you going to repot it?
If you have all these answers, go ahead and wire it now. Please if you do so, would you show us the results?

Hi Clicio,
I appreciate your advice.
Today I opened Hawthorn's crown and saw many dead branches inside. Although the plant is sprouting with new leaves as well.
What could be the reason? May be I should open it a bit to let the light inside?
Waiting for your precious opinion.

It needs fresh circulating air and sunlight on the inside branches. Which is a good reason to trim old growth, clean up the tree and prune larger leaves on the crown

Usually they harden off, so not so much of a problem; but you also can cover them with soil.

Hi Clicio,
Did some work today. Need your comments plz.

Moreover, I believe I can go for multiple pads at different angles in future, though I don't want to wire it right now.
