Hello all,

This is my first post and my first attempt to care for a Bonsi tree. However, I need some advice on what I should do to bring this little fella back to life!

I bought this tree from a grocery store ( probably not the best place to pickup a Bonsi tree) and he/she was very healthy. A couple of months went by and it started to yellow a bit so I thought it had been under watered so I started to water a bit every other day. Things just got worse and now I have a very yellow sad tree...

I have reported it as some had suggested in other articles and checked the roots, but the roots seem fine, maybe a bit dry is all.

The tree had about 3 hours of full sun a day and kept indoors. I have since moved out doors and in about 5 hours of full sun within the past week based on recommendations to other folks on this fourm.

Your bonsi is sadly dead now. Don’t give up. Find an other tree and try to collecting every information regards of the species before you buy it. For this one, it was too late to put outside, but with the next one you can have a good start. I think now you know that most of the tree species you need to keep outside, if you don’t want to spend your pants for a special system who can imitate the outdoor conditions with light, humidity and air movement. Read up about watering also, cause you cannot do it in schedule. Hope we can see your next tree thriving and sorry for your loss.

It should have been outside from the beginning, and now it's too late.

Not only is it dead, it has been dead for weeks, by the looks of it.
