I have just purchased a Bonsai, and I do not know how to proceed. Any Ideas?

Erm... that's really not much information. I'd say: start studying. This site has lots of information.

Yes.
Show a picture of your tree.
Tell us which species and cultivar is the tree.
Meanwhile, try to keep it alive by watering when needed, and letting it grow outdoors.
