Recently purchased a bonsai plant, cannot seem to determine its name though. I watered it yesterday, went out to run some errands and came home to ants on the table and plant. It is on a table in front of a bay type window. The weather has been damp the past few days so I’ve had the windows partially open for moisture. This was the third watering and no ants previously, so not really sure what to think or do.

Ants are usually a sign of aphids. They produce honeydew which the ants love. Get rid of the aphids, you get rid of the ants. Mayhaps carmona flowers also attract ants. I do nto know. (I do not try to grow trees indoors and do not have this species)
